Breeders Guarantee                       

 

  1. The buyer has seventy two (72) hours in which to take the dog to his/her veterinarian. If dog is returned within the time stated, a full refund will be given provided dog is being returned due to a health problem that was present at time of sale. The Original certificate signed by the vet stating health problem was a pre-existing condition prior to date of sale. Buyer will be responsible for cost of health exam . All shipping charges will be paid by buyer, including cost of crate, airline fees, (if any), and any additional charges.

  3. This dog is guaranteed not to develop any disqualifying genetic defects, prior to the age of 12 months, for the purpose of being a PET Any fault that would be caused due to injury, sickness, or environment will not be guaranteed.

  5.  This dog is guaranteed to be free of Genetic Cataracts and PRA to the age of 12months. Only a board certified SLT/PRA Test will be accepted as proof, and seller must be provided with an original copy of the eye exam.

  7. This dog is guaranteed to be free of hip displasia provided the buyer has the dog OFA’d prior to the age of 26months. Only an official OFA exam will be accepted as proof of displasia screening.
  8. Should any of the above problems develop, seller will replace this dog provided the buyer returns this dog to seller in good health, complete with all registration papers. A new contract will be drawn up at that time stating the conditions connected with the replacement dog.
  10. This puppy is being sold as a pet on a limited registration and the above guarantees are null and void if this dog is used for breeding purposes.

  12. This contract supersedes any previous written contracts, or verbal agreements. Signing this agreement is an acceptance of terms set forth in this document. This contract will be governed by the state of Michigan.
